Terms and Conditions

 

Agency

Goldspark Hong Kong Tours Limited (hereinafter “GS”), acts as operator/agent to sell various tour related products throughout Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. For the reservation/booking service of accommodations, tickets (air, railway and motorcoach) and restaurants, we sell on behalf of the service providers. We have no responsibility nor giving any warranty regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf which is subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the related service providers.

 

Website Content

GS endeavors to make sure the entire tours information posted on website is correct, accurate and update. GS shall have neither responsibility nor liability for the entire information and articles posted on or linked to the website, including but not limited to any mistakes, errors or incorrect information that are under our control.

 

Property Right

Any information posted therein including but not limited to words, art works, icons, images and trademarks are protected by the copyright, trademarks and intellectual property rights owned by GS and its related service providers. You may not copy, modify, alter, display, post or distribute to the public. You may download the tour materials published on the website for non-commercial use.

 

Deposit and Payment

Unless otherwise specified, a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required to reserve the space for your tour service. GS accepts Cash, Telegraphic transfer, online payment via E-commerce and PayPal for widely credit cards use. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by GS on/before deposit due date. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Exception:

Certain tour services may require payment in full once reservation is made. Please refer to tour conditions for detail.

Please check to verify your tour booking confirmation and invoice thoroughly and contact GS immediately in the event of your confirmation and/or invoice to be incorrect, incomplete or discrepancy, as it may not be possible to make any changes thereafter. GS shall not accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 3 days of sending out the invoice. In case of billing errors, GS reserves the right to reissue invoice to you for correction. In the event of your departure is within 3 days, you shall be required to notify GS immediately. GS shall not accept responsibility nor reissue invoice to you for inaccuracies after tour services commenced.

Unless otherwise specified, final payment of your tour service booking is due prior to commencement of tour services. With some limited exceptions as set forth, if the final payment is not received by due date, your tour service booking will automatically cancel without alert and your full-paid deposit will be forfeited. GS is not responsible for cancellation of land and/or reservations in the event of payment is not received by the final due date.

 

Cancellation Policy and Refund

If a confirmed booking, after received deposit settlement, requesting cancellation prior to the balance of full payment due date, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited as cancellation charge.

If a confirmed booking of tour arrangement service, all the payment will be non-refundable .

 

Participation

For the benefit of everyone on tour, GS reserves the right to accept or reject or remove any participant whose conduct is considered or is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants. GS does not accept for refunds or cover any costs nor expenses incurred for the termination of tour services/arrangements due to unacceptable behavior.

 

Visa & Passport

You are responsible to obtain and pay for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the regulations, and/or requirements of the countries that you are going to visit. Visa and entry documents must be obtained independently. If you fail to supply the documents as requested fully and accurately, your trip may be interrupted or cancelled. There are no refunds for any confirmed bookings, due to the failure to entry the country with a valid travel document and/or a visa resulting force to forfeit the tour arrangement/reservation booking services.

 

Travel Insurance

You are recommended to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance on own during your journey.

 

Privacy Policy

GS respects the privacy of its customers and users. All personally identifiable information, including all comments and feedback that required is to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for internal record keeping, improve our tour related products and services.

 

Security

GS are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, GS has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information   collecting online.

GS website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
